
Volleyball Australia (VA) is seeking applications for a Men’s Volleyball coach to be based in the Australian Volleyball Academy (AVA) at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra. The role entails program design and hands on delivery for the AVA athletes in Canberra. The objective of the AVA is to identify and develop Olympic potential athletes for Volleyball and Beach Volleyball. It is the High Performance Development Program for volleyball and beach volleyball athletes who aspire to reach the elite level.
The AVA employs an integrated development approach, incorporating training in both volleyball and beach volleyball. The intent is to grow the pool of talented young players who will compete for a place at the International level for Australia.

Job Purpose
In collaboration with other AVA coaches, plan and deliver a training program focused on the development of AVA athletes to prepare them for graduation to Senior National Teams or the next step in the pathway in both beach and indoor volleyball disciplines.
Salary package: To be negotiated commensurate with experience.
